Martin Donnelly is a Partner with Caesar & Howie, Solicitors and Estate Agents who are founder members of Solicitors for Older People Scotland.
A West Lothian native and a graduate of Napier University, Martin is based in the firm’s Private Client Department. He regularly deals with the administration of deceased person’s estates, as well as preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Estate Planning matters.
Martin has a background of assisting adults disabilities and is Treasurer of a local MS Support charity – a group which promotes awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and provides support to people living with the disease.
Away from work, Martin plays football and guitar, and is a big rock music fan. He also has a keen interest in current affairs.
