We have been making plans to ensure that we can continue to deal with your legal cases through these challenging times. We have the capability for all of our staff to work from outwith our offices and we provide a “home visit” service for clients provided by qualified solicitors.
We expect we may experience some disruption, particularly if the government decides to implement ‘social distancing’ measures to slow the spread of the virus. However, the actions we have taken should allow us to continue to assist you, regardless of whether our offices across the central belt of Scotland are open. You can continue to contact the solicitor dealing with your case in the usual way. Even if we are required to work from home, we will still have access to our emails, phone lines and case management systems.
We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and implement any new government advice. Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to assist you in any way that we can, whatever the circumstances.
