Works primarily in domestic and commercial conveyancing, together with wills and other private client work.

Greg is an Partner within our Livingston Civil Court Department. A Coatbridge native and a graduate of the University of Stirling, Greg regularly negotiates and conducts family law and guardianship cases in the Sheriff Courts. He is a member of the Family Law Association and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in incapacity and mental disability law. Greg is the former Dean of the West Lothian Faculty of Solicitors. He also advises clients on forward planning documents such as Wills, Power of Attorney and Advance Directives. Away from work, Greg plays football and is a big boxing fan.

Sarah graduated from Glasgow University in 1996 with an MA(Hons) and LLB degrees. Sarah operates from our office at 29 Upper New Market Street, Falkirk, FK1 1JH.

Carmen graduated in 1987 with an LLB from Dundee University. Carmen operates from our office at 27 Mar Street, Alloa, FK10 1HX.

Operates primarily in private client work, mainly domestic conveyancing, wills and executries.

John is one of Caesar & Howie’s longest serving staff with 30+ years in property. Strengths – Accurate valuations. Weakness – Sometimes in a bad mood when Falkirk FC are struggling.

Emma has worked for Caesar & Howie for 9 years. Strengths  -Accurate valuations and an enthusiastic photographer. Weakness – Shoes and handbags.

Alison graduated from Abertay University, Dundee in 2002 with a BA Law (Hon). Thereafter, she graduated from Strathclyde University in 2004 with an LLB. Alison operates from our office at 64 George Street, Bathgate, EH48 1PD.

Alison deals primarily in court work with an emphasis on divorce and work relating to separation as well as child issues.

John graduated from the University of Dundee in 1984 with an Honours LLb. He works from our office at 64 George Street, Bathgate, EH48 1PD.

John deals with court and contentious matters, relating to family, debt, employment and personal injury.

Martin Donnelly is a Partner with Caesar & Howie, Solicitors and Estate Agents who are founder members of Solicitors for Older People Scotland.   A West Lothian native and a graduate of Napier University, Martin is based in the firm’s Private Client Department. He regularly deals with the administration of deceased person’s estates, as well as preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Estate Planning matters.   Martin has a background of assisting adults disabilities and is Treasurer of a local MS Support charity – a group which promotes awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and provides support to people living with the disease.   Away from work, Martin plays football and guitar, and is a big rock music fan.  He also has a keen interest in current affairs.

Martin graduated from Strathclyde University in 1990 with an LLB. Martin works from our office at 107 Almondvale South, Livingston, EH54 6DT.

Martin is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family, Incapacity & Mental Disability Law, a Family law Arbitrator with the Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland, an expert in Guardianships, and has a comprehensive knowledge of the Civil Legal Aid System in Scotland.
